Who are we?
The Arabic Language Division (ALD) is part of American TRanslator Association. The division established in 2012 to facilitate communication among its members, hoping to bring together a community of Arabic professional translators and interpreters who can share resources, experience, and expertise that will benefit all.
Our mission:
- Create a productive, positive and informational environment for professionals in the field to network, help grow their businesses, and to keep up with the new trends and ever-changing technological advances in this our profession.
- Create a forum where Arabic translators and interpreters can develop best practices.
- Provide novice and student members with resources, bits of advice and views from real-life experiences.
